Terms of sale and delivery

These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on Selectedbotanicals.com.

When you place your order via our website, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation to your email. Once you have received an order confirmation, a binding agreement has been made. When we ship the goods from our warehouse, you will receive a new email from us with further information about the expected time and date of delivery.


Asiros Nordic A/S accepts the following means of payment:

Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Applepay or Klarna

The amount for the goods will only be debited from your account when the goods are shipped. In the case of partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery will be deducted.


We only offer delivery to addresses in Denmark. For delivery outside Denmark, please contact Asiros Nordic customer service at: info@asiros.dk.

Our delivery time is 1-3 business days after your order is received.

We offer the following delivery methods: GLS parcel shop or GLS home delivery

Asiros Nordic offers the following delivery prices:

– Delivery to private address: 55,00 kr. – Delivery GLS Parcel Shop: 40,00 kr.


You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

If you have purchased multiple items, you can choose to cancel only part of the delivery.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

  • Have received your item or the person you have chosen has received it.
  • Take physical possession of the last item in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

If you have ordered multiple items from us and the items are not delivered at the same time, your withdrawal period starts from the receipt of the last item in the order.

If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Day, the period is extended to the following business day.

You lose your right of withdrawal if:

  • You break the seal that protects the goods to ensure that the goods have not been opened.

What do I do if I want to cancel?

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can notify us by sending an email to info@asirosnordic.com.

In your notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and whether you wish to return your purchase.

Returning the item and payment of return costs

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send or bring the goods to Asiros Nordic A/S, Kirkebjergvej 1, 4180 Sorø.

The return of the goods must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return the goods.

You must pay the costs associated with your return yourself.

Refund of the purchase price in case of cancellation

If you cancel your entire purchase, we will refund the full purchase price to you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

  • If you only want to return parts of your order, we will not refund any delivery costs.
  • If you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest delivery method we offer, you will not be refunded the additional cost.

We will refund the purchase price without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel the purchase. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly accepted another form of refund. Refunds are always free of charge for you.

However, we are entitled to withhold the purchase price until we have received the goods back or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been sent or delivered back to us.

Packaging and condition of the goods upon return

When you return an item to us, you must return it in its original packaging. You have the right to open the packaging to inspect the item, and if the packaging is missing or damaged, this constitutes a reduction in value, which may result in us deducting an amount from the purchase price corresponding to the reduction in value before the purchase price is refunded.

It is your own responsibility to ensure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk of the item until we have received it.


As a customer, you have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act if the product has a defect. However, for products with a limited lifespan/durability, your warranty is limited to the shelf life stated on the product.

How do I complain?

If you wish to complain about a defect, you must send an email to our customer service at info@asirosnordic.com. We recommend that you notify us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.

Please send us a picture of the product along with a description of the defect.

When returning the item, please ensure that the item is properly packaged and that you receive a receipt so that we can reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.


If you wish to complain about a purchase from our webshop, you must first send an email to our customer service info@asirosnordic.com.

If we do not succeed in finding a solution together, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution, House of Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
