Ribetril A

A bioactive polyphenol patented by Selected Botanicals.

Ribetril A is a newly discovered antioxidant found only in selected Nordic black and red currants. Scientific experiments have shown that the substance boosts the activity of mitochondria in the body’s cells. Mitochondria function as small power plants in the cells, producing energy.

Scientific study from
the University of Copenhagen

The effect of Ribetril A has been tested on athletes in a scientific study at the University of Copenhagen. The study showed a significant improvement in the athletes’ performance after just three weeks. Based on the positive results, Selected Botanicals has initiated a larger clinical study in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen.

The simple path from nature to you

The unique Nordic varieties of black and red currants used in our products are grown on local farms, where we closely follow the process.

The berries are harvested when their content of healthy bioactive substances is at its highest and then pressed into raw juice.

The raw juice from the berries is gently concentrated into an extract, and additional minerals are added. The quality is continuously tested in our laboratory.
