Our favorite morning porridge

Porridge with Selected Botanicals Energy and apricots

Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast and start it off in the best way possible. Add your favorite fresh fruit, nuts, and a drizzle of your Selected Botanicals.

1/4 cup Selected Botanicals Energy

2/3 cup fine rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

1 1/2 cups oat milk

2 apricots

1 tablespoon coarsely chopped hazelnuts

A few mint sprigs

A sprinkle of salt

Here’s how:
Place oats, seeds, and oat milk in a saucepan. Gently bring it to a boil while stirring and let simmer for 1-2 minutes until it reaches a delicious creamy consistency. Season with a pinch of salt. Cut apricots into slices and roughly chop the mint. Serve the morning porridge in 2 bowls and top it with Selected Botanicals Energy, chopped hazelnuts, apricots, and mint.
