2 large glasses
1/4 cup Selected Botanicals Energy
2 bananas, preferably very ripe
3.5 ounces frozen mixed berries, preferably strawberries and raspberries
1 1/4 cups almond milk or your favorite plant-based milk (unsweetened apple juice can also be used)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
