Selected Botanicals Energy Smoothie

There are several ways to have a pleasant morning. A fast breakfast can be both delicious and nutritious, as well as convenient. Add a shot of energy and enjoy the sweet taste of berries in your favorite smoothie.

2 large glasses


1/4 cup Selected Botanicals Energy

2 bananas, preferably very ripe

3.5 ounces frozen mixed berries, preferably strawberries and raspberries

1 1/4 cups almond milk or your favorite plant-based milk (unsweetened apple juice can also be used)

1 teaspoon maple syrup

Here’s how:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency, allowing the essence of the berries to come through. Serve it ice-cold, preferably immediately, in a tall glass and enjoy it as a snack, quick morning treat, or as part of a weekend breakfast spread.

Tip: If you have bananas turning too ripe, you can peel them, cut them into pieces, and freeze them. They can be used in smoothies and provide a nice icy and creamy texture.
