Extract of specially selected varieties of blackcurrants (Ribes nigrum L), concentrate of selected varieties of redcurrants (Ribes rubrum L), water, magnesium gluconate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium lactate, preservative (potassium sorbate), sweeteners (steviol glycosides, acesulfame potassium, sucralose). Nutritional value per 100 grams. Energy 723 KJ, Energy 170 KCAL, Fat 0.2 g. – of which saturated fatty acids 0.1 g. Carbohydrates 41 g, – of which sugars 22 g. Protein 1,1 gr. Salt 0,04 gr.
USAGE
The product can be consumed as it is or diluted with a little water and taken as a shot. It can also be mixed into, for example, a smoothie or skyr. The supplement should be taken with a meal, as taking it on an empty stomach may cause temporary discomfort.
DOSAGE
The recommended daily dose for adults and children from 11 years old is 25 ml. For increased effect, the dose can be increased up to 35 ml. Should only be used by pregnant women or children under 1 year of age after consulting a doctor. Dosage should not replace a varied diet.
