Extract of specially selected varieties of black currants (Ribes nigrum L.) and red currants (Ribes rubrum L.), water, magnesium gluconate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium lactate, preservative (potassium sorbate), sweeteners (steviol glycosides, acesulfame potassium, sucralose). Nutritional value per 100 gr. Energy 265 KJ, Energy 62 KCAL, Fat 0.5 gr. – of which saturates fatty acids 0.1 gr. Carbohydrate 11.2 gr. – of which sugars 8.5 gr. Protein 4.4 gr. Salt 0.11 gr.

USAGE

Drink as a shot, preferably with plenty of liquid. The product can be diluted with water or mixed into, for example, a smoothie or yogurt. The dietary supplement should be taken with a meal as taking it on an empty stomach can cause temporary discomfort.

DOSAGE

The recommended daily dose for adults and children from 11 years old is 25 ml. It can be increased to 35 ml for extra effect. The daily dose should not be exceeded, and the dietary supplement should not replace a varied diet. It should only be used by pregnant women or children under 1 year old after consulting a doctor.
